How do I track my online order?
After purchasing, a shipping notification with a tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order ships. You can also log into your Jewels by ARES account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders ship in 1-2 business days from the time you receive the order confirmation.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout stage. You can also see the table below to see exact costs for all countries.
Will I be charged taxes?
We are based in Europe, therefore you do not need to worry about taxes if your order is within Europe.
What happens if I refuse my shipment?
