Si tienes alg\u00fan problema con tu pedido, ponte en contacto con nosotros en <a href=\"mailto:hello@jewelsbyares.com\">hello@jewelsbyares.com<\/a> lo antes posible para que podamos ayudarte.<\/p><h2>Condiciones de devoluci\u00f3n<\/h2><p>Para poder optar a una devoluci\u00f3n, deben cumplirse todas las condiciones siguientes:<\/p><ul><li><p>Las joyas deben estar sin usar, en perfecto estado y en su embalaje original, aptas para su reventa.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Se deben incluir todos los embalajes originales, certificados, etiquetas y accesorios.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Los art\u00edculos deben llevar nuestra etiqueta.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Los gastos de env\u00edo no son reembolsables.<\/p><\/li><li><p>El art\u00edculo no debe ser de fabricaci\u00f3n bajo pedido, a medida, personalizado, grabado, sujeto a restricciones de higiene ni llevar la indicaci\u00f3n \u00abVenta definitiva\u00bb.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Por motivos de higiene y seguridad, los pendientes perforados, incluidos los de bot\u00f3n y los aros, no se pueden devolver ni cambiar.<\/p><p>No ofrecemos cambios directos. Si se aprueban, las devoluciones se reembolsan seg\u00fan las opciones que se indican a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p><h2>Comisi\u00f3n fija por gesti\u00f3n de devoluciones<\/h2><p>Dado que ofrecemos env\u00edo gratuito de ida, cuyo coste corremos nosotros, y que los art\u00edculos devueltos pueden llegar con el embalaje da\u00f1ado o inservible, todas las devoluciones aprobadas est\u00e1n sujetas a una tasa fija de gesti\u00f3n de devoluci\u00f3n de 15 \u20ac.<\/p><p>Esta tarifa se aplica a:<\/p><ul><li><p>Devoluciones por cambio de opini\u00f3n<\/p><\/li><li><p>Env\u00edos rechazados cuyo motivo de devoluci\u00f3n no se deba a un error por nuestra parte<\/p><\/li><li><p>Env\u00edos rechazados en los que no se ha confirmado que el art\u00edculo sea defectuoso<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Los gastos de gesti\u00f3n de la devoluci\u00f3n se deducir\u00e1n del importe del reembolso antes de que este se haga efectivo.<\/p><p>Esta cuota es fija y contribuye a sufragar:<\/p><ul><li><p>Gastos de env\u00edo originales<\/p><\/li><li><p>Gesti\u00f3n de devoluciones<\/p><\/li><li><p>Inspecci\u00f3n<\/p><\/li><li><p>P\u00e9rdida del embalaje<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2>Opciones de devoluci\u00f3n<\/h2><p>Los reembolsos por devoluciones por cambio de opini\u00f3n pueden estar sujetos a una tasa de reposici\u00f3n o manipulaci\u00f3n si los art\u00edculos no cumplen todas las condiciones de devoluci\u00f3n.<\/p><h3>1. Reembolso en tarjeta regalo<\/h3><ul><li><p>Se tramitar\u00e1 en un plazo de 2 a 3 d\u00edas laborables tras la recepci\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n de la devoluci\u00f3n<\/p><\/li><li><p>Incluye el valor adicional del 10%<\/p><\/li><li><p>V\u00e1lido durante 12 meses<\/p><\/li><li><p>Enviado por correo electr\u00f3nico<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3>2. Reembolso al m\u00e9todo de pago original<\/h3><ul><li><p>Se tramita en un plazo de 7 a 10 d\u00edas laborables tras su aprobaci\u00f3n<\/p><\/li><li><p>Es posible que los bancos tarden hasta tres d\u00edas m\u00e1s en hacer efectivo el reembolso<\/p><\/li><li><p>Una vez emitida, recibir\u00e1 una confirmaci\u00f3n por correo electr\u00f3nico<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2>Art\u00edculos da\u00f1ados o defectuosos<\/h2><p>Si tus joyas llegan da\u00f1adas o defectuosas, debes ponerte en contacto con nosotros lo antes posible tras la entrega, aportando pruebas claras, como fotograf\u00edas.<\/p><p>Analizaremos el caso y ofreceremos una soluci\u00f3n adecuada de acuerdo con esta pol\u00edtica. Nuestro equipo determinar\u00e1 si lo m\u00e1s adecuado es una sustituci\u00f3n, una reparaci\u00f3n, un reembolso u otra soluci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Los art\u00edculos hechos por encargo, a medida, personalizados, grabados, sujetos a restricciones de higiene y en venta definitiva siguen estando cubiertos si se reciben:<\/p><ul><li><p>Defectuoso<\/p><\/li><li><p>Da\u00f1ado<\/p><\/li><li><p>Incorrecto<\/p><\/li><li><p>No se ajusta a la descripci\u00f3n<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h2>Retrasos en las entregas<\/h2><p>Ten en cuenta que los retrasos en la entrega provocados por las empresas de transporte escapan a nuestro control.<\/p><p>No realizamos reembolsos ni aceptamos cancelaciones por retrasos en la entrega, ya que no se garantizan los plazos de env\u00edo una vez que se ha enviado el pedido.<\/p><h2>Entregas fallidas y env\u00edos rechazados<\/h2><p>Si un cliente facilita una direcci\u00f3n de env\u00edo incorrecta o incompleta y el paquete nos es devuelto por no haberse podido entregar, nos reservamos el derecho a cobrar una tasa de reenv\u00edo de 15 \u20ac para volver a enviar el pedido.<\/p><p>Si un cliente rechaza la entrega de un pedido por motivos ajenos a nuestra responsabilidad, el env\u00edo se considerar\u00e1 una devoluci\u00f3n \u00fanicamente si el art\u00edculo cumple los requisitos de devoluci\u00f3n establecidos en esta pol\u00edtica. Made-to-Order Items Certain items are handmade to order based on the product options (variations) selected or provided by the customer, including: Bracelet length options Stone size options String color options Any other custom product options (variations) selected by the customer Because these items are handmade specifically for the customer, all made-to-order purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has started. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met: Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, suitable for resale. All original packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories must be included. Items must have our label attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The item must not be made-to-order, custom, personalised, engraved, hygiene-restricted, or marked Final Sale. For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings, including studs and hoops, cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, returns are refunded according to the options below. Fixed Return Handling Fee Because we offer free outbound shipping, which is a cost covered by us, and because returned items may result in damaged or unusable packaging, all approved returns are subject to a fixed return handling fee of \u20ac15. Made-to-order, custom, personalised, engraved, hygiene-restricted, and final sale items remain covered if they arrive: Faulty Damaged Incorrect Not as described Delivery Delays Please note that delivery delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control. We do not issue refunds or cancellations due to late delivery, as transit times are not guaranteed once an order has been dispatched. Failed Delivery &amp; Refused Shipments If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, we reserve the right to charge a reshipment fee of \u20ac15 to send the order again. If a customer refuses delivery of an order for reasons not attributable to us, the shipment will be treated as a return only if the item is eligible for return under this policy.
