We zijn erg trots op de kwaliteit van onze sieraden. We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, returns are refunded according to the options below. Refund Options Refunds for change-of-mind returns may be subject to a restocking or handling assessment if items do not meet all return conditions. 1. Our team will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. Delivery Delays Please note that delivery delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control.We do not issue refunds or cancellations due to late delivery, as transit times are not guaranteed once an order has been dispatched. Failed Delivery &amp; Refused Shipments If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, we reserve the right to charge a reshipment fee of \u20ac14.95 to send the order again. If a customer refuses delivery of an order for reasons not attributable to us, the shipment will be treated as a return.
