Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your jewelry, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Return period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your jewelry without providing a reason. Please ensure that your return shipment is sent back to us within this 14-day window.

Return conditions

  • Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, suitable for resale.

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories included.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings (including studs and hoops) cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you may return your order for a refund or choose a store credit with a bonus.

Refund options

1. Refund to Gift Card (Fastest Option)

  • Receive your refund as a digital gift card with 10% extra value.

  • Processed within 2–3 business days after your return has been received.

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months and sent directly via email.

2. Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Takes approximately 7–10 business days after your return has been received and processed (within 10 working days).

  • Once the refund is issued, you’ll receive an email notification. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 3 additional days to appear in your account.

Damaged or defective items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Our team will review your request and provide the best solution—whether a replacement or a refund.

Non-returnable items

  • Pierced earrings (due to hygiene regulations).

  • Custom or engraved jewelry.
  • Jewelry marked as Final Sale.

  • Items returned after the 14-day return period.

  • Any jewelry that shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations not previously reported to customer support. Such returns will be rejected and not refunded.

Return costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges associated with returning an order.

  • Please keep your proof of shipment and tracking number—we cannot be held responsible for lost returns without valid proof.

Processing times

  • Returns are processed within 10 working days of arrival at our warehouse.

  • You’ll receive a notification once your refund or gift card has been issued.
