Each bracelet is handmade to order based on the bracelet length, stone size and string color provided by the customer selection. Because these items are handmade specifically for you, all made-to-order purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production has started.
Please make sure your chosen length/size, stone size and string color is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements, stone size or string color chosen by the customer.
