Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in the quality of our jewelry. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Period
Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be shipped back to us within this 14-day window to be eligible for a return.
Returns requested or shipped after this period will not be accepted.
Valid Reasons for Return
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

We do not accept returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or other discretionary reasons.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, suitable for resale

All original packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories must be included

Items must have our label attached

Shipping fees are non-refundable
For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings (including studs and hoops) cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, returns are refunded according to the options below.
Refund Options

2. Refund to Original Payment Method

Processed within 7–10 business days after approval

Banks may take up to 3 additional days to reflect the refund

Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us immediately upon delivery. Requests submitted outside the return period or without clear evidence may be denied. Our team will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Delivery Delays
Please note that delivery delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control.
We do not issue refunds or cancellations due to late delivery, as transit times are not guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items marked Final Sale

Items returned after the 14-day return period

Items without original labels or packaging

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration not reported prior to return
Returns that do not meet these criteria will be rejected and not refunded.
